Regulamin promocji "-5%, -10%, -15%"

§1 Promocja

1. Promocja „5,10,15” dalej zwaną jako „Promocja” jest organizowana przez Stars.Space S.A. z siedzibą w Warszawie przy ul. Aleje Jerozolimskie 134, 02-305 Warszawa, wpisana do rejestru przedsiębiorców Krajowego Rejestru Sądowego prowadzonego przez Sąd Rejonowy dla m.st. Warszawy w Warszawie, XII Wydział Gospodarczy Krajowego Rejestru Sądowego pod nr KRS 0000740280, posiadająca nr REGON: 381045800, nr NIP: 5252760233, o kapitale zakładowym w wysokości: 3.455.000,00 zł opłaconym w całości i reprezentowany przez Macieja Zegarskiego- prezesa zarządu, zwaną dalej jako: „Sklep”.
2. Promocja przeprowadzana jest zgodnie z niniejszym regulaminem dalej określanym jako „Regulamin Promocji”, przy czym do wszelkich kwestii w nim nieuregulowanych, a w szczególności dotyczących zamówień realizowanych za pomocą Sklepu, odpowiednie zastosowanie mają postanowienia regulaminu Sklepu dostępnego pod adresem: https://stars.pl/info/regulamin.html, który dalej nazywany będzie „Regulaminem Sklepu”.
3. Promocja jest skierowana do klientów Sklepu, dalej zwanym „Kupującymi” dokonujących w Sklepie zakupu artykułów objętych Promocją.

§2 Czas trwania Promocji

1. Promocja trwa od 20.04.2026 r. od godziny 7:00 i obowiązuje do odwołania przez Sklep.
2. Organizator poinformuje o zakończeniu Promocji z wyprzedzeniem wynoszącym co najmniej 2 dni robocze poprzez aktualizację niniejszego Regulaminu Promocji.

§3 Zasady Promocji

1. Promocją 5,10,15 objęty jest wyłącznie asortyment sklepu oznaczony jako OUTLET (lista produktów w załączniku 1.).
2.Zniżka nalicza się następująco: a) przy zakupie 5 produktów z kategorii OUTLET – 5% rabatu, b) przy zakupie 10 produktów z kategorii OUTLET – 10% rabatu, c) przy zakupie 15 lub więcej produktów z kategorii OUTLET – 15% rabatu. 3. W związku z zaokrągleniami kwot końcowych dopuszczalna jest maksymalna różnica do 0,05 zł.

§4 Reklamacje

1. Ewentualne reklamacje dotyczące Promocji można zgłaszać Organizatorowi zgodnie z danymi wskazanymi w Regulaminie Sklepu, w szczególności pisemnie na adres korespondencyjny Organizatora: STARS.SPACE S.A., ul. Mokra 32A Hala E Brama 20, 85-834 Bydgoszcz lub na adres e-mail:reklamacje@starsspace.pl .
2. Reklamacja powinna zawierać następujące dane: dane identyfikacyjne i adresowe Kupującego, opis problemu będącego podstawą złożenia reklamacji. Organizator dołoży starań, aby reklamacja została rozpatrzona w terminie 7 dni od dnia jej wpływu. Maksymalny termin na rozpatrzenie reklamacji to 14 dni roboczych.

§5 Postanowienia końcowe 1. Regulamin Promocji jest dostępny pod adresem: zastosowanie znajdują stosowne przepisy prawa powszechnie obowiązującego w Polsce.
2. Wszelką korespondencję dotyczącą Promocji należy kierować na adres korespondencyjny Organizatora: ul. Jakóba Hechlińskiego 6, Bydgoszcz 85-825 lub na adres e-mail: reklamacje@starsspace.pl.
3. W zakresie nieuregulowanym w Regulaminie Promocji oraz Regulaminie Sklepu zastosowanie znajdują stosowne przepisy prawa powszechnie obowiązującego w Polsce.
4. Organizator zastrzega sobie prawo do zmiany niniejszego Regulaminu w każdym czasie, z ważnych przyczyn, w szczególności w przypadku zmiany przepisów prawa, warunków technicznych lub organizacyjnych prowadzenia Promocji. O wszelkich zmianach Regulaminu Organizator poinformuje z wyprzedzeniem poprzez publikację zmienionej treści na stronie internetowej sklepu. Zmiany nie będą naruszać praw nabytych Uczestników.
